Woolard; his stepfather Willie Woolard, Jr. of Lillington; his father Gerald Lewis Howell; his stepmother Jonnie Sue Howell of Garner; and his siblings, Lisa Bullock (Russell Bullock) of Lillington, Samantha Anderson (Dean Anderson) of Garner, Travis Howell of Garner, Christopher Howell (Tammie Howell) of Lillington and Jody Howell of Garner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
