With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellen Lane Aycock of Garner, North Carolina, who passed away on June 13, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kelly Carroll, Jr. and Christine Davis Carroll; and her sister Julie Carroll. She is survived by: her husband James Benson Aycock, Sr.; her children, Ben Aycock (Ginger), Carol Davis (Steven), David Aycock, Michael Aycock and Bradley Aycock (Maureen); and her grandchildren, Georgia Aycock, Caitlyn Davis, Hailey Davis, James Aycock and William Aycock.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in her memory to: St Jude Children's Research Hospital PO Box 50 Memphis, TN 38101-9929.
