She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Evers and Agnes Evers; her husband Clarence Vos; and her siblings, Paul, Philip, Gilbert Evers and Louise Spoolstra.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Hollister, Rebecca VanderVelde (Rudy), Thomas S. Vos (Caryn) and Timothy P. Vos; her sisters, Phyllis DiVenere and Ruth VanEck; and her grandchildren, Thomas Jr., Brian Vos, Kimberly, Timothy Jr., Scott Vos, Keith VanderVelde, Rudolf A. VanderVelde and Christina Reyna. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home- Garner (1200 Benson Rd, Garner, NC 27529). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
