He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozella Mae Williams and Ithasca Williams; and his son Jef Williams. He is survived by: his wife Doris Gay Rogers; his children, Valerie Hicks (Alan) and Alyna (Mark); his daughter-in-law Melanie Williams; his grandchildren, Lisa Davis (Terry), Westley Godwin (Michelle) and Megan Ferguson (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Nicole Pendergraft (Kyle), Tyler Davis, Creed Davis, Myla Godwin and Caleb Agbejule; and his great great grandchildren, Jennings Pendergraft and Lillian James Pendergraft.
