He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Jackson Weaver and Lillie Mae Jones Weaver; his siblings, Fred Weaver Jr., William Weaver, Allen Weaver, Samuel Weaver, John Weaver, Jerry Weaver, Bertha Hall, Mary Jones and Martha Davis; and his daughter-in-law Angie Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Weaver; his children, Chris Weaver (Dawna), Waynette Harrison (Jay) and Tammy Lyons; his siblings, Shirley Strickland, Paul Weaver (Joy) and Nick Weaver; his grandchildren, Chris Weaver Jr. (Brittany), Jessica Rimbey (Mike), Troy Weaver, Mandi Crow (Ramsey), Jennifer Foster (Steven), Chelsie Horner (Will), Holston Satterwhite (Brigette) and Amanda Sibrizzi (Eric); and his great grandchildren, Graeson, Trace, Ella, Mckenna, Gavin, Braddock, Christina, Haven Rose, Ivy, Addison and Carson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
