He is survived by: his children, Shaundell Mann and Matthew Ray Seagraves III; his mother Rev. Zelda Seagraves; and his siblings, Betty Crandol (Wendell), Annette Seagraves Laster, Webster Seagraves (Tina) and Victor Seagraves. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
