It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patty Moore (Garner, North Carolina), who passed away on June 22, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thornton Augustus Richey and Violet Nadine Rogers; her husband Herman "Buck" Moore; her son Donald Keith Richmond; and her brother Billy Richey.
She is survived by: her sister Linda Hope; her daughter Toni Richmond Baker Rebecca (Ken); her stepchildren, Rick Moore (Carol), Kenny Mercer (Henny) and Linda Gayle Edwards; and her grandchildren, Austin Baker (Kassidy), Brandon Richmond, Danielle Richmond, Ali Richmond (Michael), Blake Richmond, Chase Richmond, Natalie Hart-Richmond, Kristin Vickery, Andrew Vickery, Tricia Colombo (Michael), Eric Moore (Erin), Jesse (Erin), Michael Edwards, Justin Edwards, Samantha Edwards and Matt Collins (Jennifer). She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home- Garner (1200 Benson Rd, Garner, NC 27529). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home (1200 Benson Rd, Garner, NC 27529).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that charitable donations go to Total Life Center - Adult Day Care, 1110 Navajo Drive, 4th Floor, Raleigh, NC 27609. (Patty spent her latter years there during the week. It gave her pleasure and her family - peace of mind) or an Alzheimer's fund of your choice.
