She is survived by: her husband J. D. Umstead; her son Steve (Sheree) of Greenville; her daughter-in-law Susan Umstead of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Sarah Walker (Chris), Olivia Umstead, Kelsey Jernigan (Edward), Garrett Umstead (Morgan), Jake Umstead and Sawyer Umstead (Emily); her great grandchildren, Skyler, Gracie, Hattie, Graham, Williams, Beatrice, Jack, James and Charlie; her brother David King (Dixie) of Bonita Springs, Florida.; her caregivers, Diane, Elaine, Kim and Sandra (Ezequiel); DeWitt King.
