She is survived by: her uncle James Hodge Pearson; her aunt Dorothy "Big Sister" Williams; her children, Evangeline "Mickey" Lee (Jeffrey), Robin Rimpson (Floyd), Kevin Walton (Sheila) and Bennette Walton Jr. (Shockey); her grandchildren, Leah Thompson, Bennette Walton III, Shamara Walton Johnson, Ashley Burton, Wesley F. Rimpson, Demetric L. Walton, Ariel R. Rimpson, Jeffrey Lee and Sad'e Lee; and her boyfriend Ronald Bryant. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
