He is survived by: his daughters, Katie Cochran and Victoria Lowder; his siblings, Jeff Cochran (Ann), Joel Cochran (Kristi) and Candace Neill (Randy); his grandchildren, Noah and Maddalyn; his nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Meaggan, Natalie, Crystal, Hunter, Nathan, Jimmy and Chuck; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy and Elizabeth Edwards.
