She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edgar Jimison and Blanche Jimison Nance; the father of her children Donald Lewis Elmore, Sr.; her son Donald Lewis Elmore, II; and her husband Rev. E. Thomas Hogan.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Elmore Gillespie (Michael); her daughter-in-law Kim Elmore; her grandchildren, Aaron Gillespie, Davis Gillespie, Clay Gillespie, Josh Elmore (Alyson), Emily Elmore and Rob Elmore; her sister-in-law Jayne Elmore Spargo; her stepchildren, Eric and Jennie Hogan; and her friends, Barry and Tabatha Friday. She is also survived by three great-granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cancer Services of Gaston County.
