Bentley William Mabee Obituary

We announce the death of Bentley William Mabee (Gastonia, North Carolina), who passed away on June 9, 2026, at the age of 87. Bentley will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kimball and Genevieve Bentley Bliss Mabee; and his daughter Lisa Arnette Mabee. He is survived by: his wife Carol Kavanaugh Mabee; his daughter Michele Mabee Allred; his son-in-law Mark of Charlotte, NC; his son Eric Kimball; his daughter-in-law Anne Davis Mabee of Cary, NC; and his grandchildren, Madison Allred Chung (Alex), Logan Bentley Allred and Genevieve Elizabeth Mabee.
