She is survived by: her children, Emily Burr and Jamie Burr; her granddaughter Carly Rose Burr; her siblings, Kenneth "Kenny" Huffstetler, Jr. and Twynkle Huffstetler (Linda Childers); and her brothers-in-law, Barry McCummings, Raymond Burr and Robert Burr (Patricia). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Cecelia devoted many years to her career, proudly retiring as a Deputy Clerk through United State's Federal Bankruptcy Court, where she made lasting contributions to her workplace and the community; where she retired in 2012.
