He is survived by: his wife Diane Garrett; his children, Scott Campbell, Camille Lynn Garrett and Gregory Clark Garrett; and his grandchildren, Janie Elizabeth Campbell, Kayla Kristine Anderson, Haven Rae'ann Campbell, Steven Chase Garrett and Blane Garrett.
