He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Byrd Murchison and Cordie Myrtle Smith Murchison; his former wife Francis Murchison; and his brothers, Roy Murchison and Jerry Murchison.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Bell Murshison; his daughters, Cindy Brooks (Jim) and Paula Lorino Murchison; his stepchildren, Shannon Evans and Shelly Dellinger (Tommy); his sister Patsy Murchison Young; and his grandchildren, Rachel Brooks-Nunes, Rebecca Brooks Chasteen, Kelcey Evans and Addison Evans. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
