He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Wilson and Ruth Wilson; and his brothers, Paul Wilson, Billy Gene Wilson and Bobby Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Shelia Whitley Wilson; his sons, Mike Stone and Edward Cloninger (Danielle); and his siblings, Wayne Wilson Jr., Jimmy Wilson and Betty Summitt (Bill). He is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
