She was predeceased by: her parents, James Leonard and Mary Emma Rose; her husband Joseph Arlie Douglas; her son James Arlie Douglas; and her siblings, Howard Campbell, Ruby Campbell Fogg, Hicks Campbell and James Rose Jr..

She is survived by: her son Richard Dale Douglas (Regina) of Kings Mountain, NC; her grandchild Christie Lynn Douglas; and her great grandchildren, Isaac Paysour and Benjamin Buchanan.
