He was predeceased by: his father Ernst Peter Baumann. He is survived by: his mother Rita Shultz Baumann; his wife Kate Bender Baumann; and his stepbrother David Mayton of Maryland.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McLean Funeral Directors Founders Chapel (700 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054).
