She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter J. Moore and Rosetta Sumlin Moore; her husband Henry Jernigan; and her son Erik Jernigan. She is survived by: her sons, Craig Jernigan, Mark Jernigan and Blake Jernigan (Tracey); her sister Sherri Fields Goines; her grandchildren, Janae Jernigan, Omar Jernigan, Shawn Jernigan, Eric Jernigan, Jordan Jernigan and Juleah Jernigan; her niece Staci Barnett (Adrian); and her nephews, Corey Fields (Tammie), Michael Fields (Shavonna) and Bryan Fields. She is also survived by great grand nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
