With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Clara Faggart Griffin (Gastonia, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 3, 2025 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Faggart and Helen Faggart; her husband Hubert Neal Griffin; her sister Colleen Rainey; her nephew Greg Reynolds; and her niece Kathy Rainey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Griffin and Kelly Griffin; her granddaughter Andrea Ledbetter (Stephen); her close friend Donna Burgess; her nephews, John Rainey, Thom Rainey, Eric Reynolds and Jeff Fritts; and her niece Paulette McEver.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Maylo United Methodist Church, 1900 Spencer Mountain Road, Gastonia, North Carolina 28054.
