He is survived by: his wife Michelle Petrie; his children, Erica Petrie, Megan Petrie, Matthew Petrie and Michael Stevens; and his grandchildren, Renesme, Logan, Rhiley and Arie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Greene Funeral Service South Chapel (1503 S York Rd, Gastonia, NC 28052). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Hollywood Cemetery (540 N Broad St, Gastonia, NC 28052).
