Allen Gage; her daughter Chantel Summitt (Dwayne); her grandchildren, Cody Philbeck and Shelby White (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, Leighton Jane White, Navina, Elvie and Ronan Philbeck; and her sisters, Connie Bjorklund (BJ) and Donna Pontus (Johnny). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
