She is survived by: her son Dustan Hoffman; her grandchildren, Dillon Hoffman, Seanna and Abbey; her sister Donna Hoffman of Mt; her niece Lacey Hoffman; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Draygen, Dawson, Dorian, Damien and Draykos of Gastonia. She is also survived by three great grand daughters, two brothers.
