He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his grandchildren, Bailey Birtchet, Karson Smith (Chase) and Karmen Beaver; his great grandchild Haven Smith; and his extended family, Todd Carroll (Sandra) and Genia Hamrick (Allen).
