She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Detter; her husband Bill McMillian; and her daughter Felicia Reep. She is survived by: her children, Tammy McMillian and Scottie McMillian; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Wallace (Shannon), Cassie Hall (Roger Smith), Misty Sherer (Chris), Jennifer Reep, Danny Ray Moore, Megan McMillian, Heather Cochran and Destiney McMillian. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.

She gave charitably to others with donations to organizations helping those less fortunate.
