She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Little "Bunk" Friday and Bonnie Hoyle Friday; and her husband Leon Leighton Leonard (Ronald Lee Underwood). She is survived by: her sons, Chad Underwood (Elaina) of Belmont and Cris Leonard (Elizabeth) of Dallas; her grandchildren, Trevor Underwood (Kathryn), Ella Underwood, Emma Underwood, Louise Leonard and Shepherd Leonard; her uncle John Hoyle (Judy) of Kernersville, NC; and her caregiver Mysti Eskridge.
