He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gaddis; his sons, Jeremy Michael Gaddis (Amanda) and Jason Daniel Gaddis; and his stepdaughters, Angela Yount Buckner (Abraham) and Samantha Yount Varner (Tim). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
