He was predeceased by: his parents, Rankin Stewart and Juanita Stewart; his stepfather Howard Eldridge; his sister Jean Goins; his son-in-law Tony Jenkins; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Jackson, Harold Gardner, Ernest Tart, Jimmy Tart, Barbara Bell and Helen Tart.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Tart Stewart; his daughters, Lisa Lewis (Mark) and Sandy Jenkins; his grandchildren, Miranda Gaston, Wesley Jenkins, Jesse Jenkins, Caitlin Goyette (Chris) and Amber Beatty (Vic); his great grandchildren, Hunter, Jordan, Alex, Drysten, Trinity, Austin, Josie, Marissa and Kortney; and his sister Linda Jackson.
