Though Gerard may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gerard touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Muhl and Anna Muhl. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his daughters, Margo Brooks (Roger) of Cumberland and Jennifer Muhl (Lynn Smith); his grandson Simon Smith; and his brother John R. Muhl of Gastonia.
