She was predeceased by: her parents, James G. Roberts and Lillian Cody Smith; her siblings, Jean Jenkins, James Roberts and Sherry Bell; and her great grandchild Raelynn Troutman.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Carpenter; her children, Barry Carpenter, Beth Richard (Ronnie), Sonja Rodden (John) and Mandy Moses (Jimmy); and her sisters, Nora Stephens (Danny) and Charlene Roberts. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hospice Store in Shelby, VIA Health Partners, or to a charity of your choosing that you feel she would have lovingly supported in her memory.
