He is survived by: his wife Ann Smith Stines; his sons, Todd Stines (Debbie), Jeff Stines (Barbara) and Shane Stines (Beth); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Katelyn, Jessie, Jordan, Hannah Grace, Nicholas, Maggie, DeAnna and Colton; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Daniel, Claira, Benjamin, Adaline, Zoey, Willow, Aiden, Hailee and Ellis; and his sister Sue McAlister.
