He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd "Jack" McKinley Green and Helen Beatrice Walker Green; his grandchildren, Amber Green and Eric Green; his son Richard D Green; and his sisters, Jerie Green and Susie Ballard.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Bailey Green; and his children, Lori Hamrick (Tim), Jody Green (Donna), Debbie Martin, Jeanie Baldwin (John) and Tony Butner. He is also survived by his sixteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
