He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Moten and Clara Moten; his wife Billie Williams Moten; and his brother Ray Moten. He is survived by: his sons, Jamey and Jeff; his daughter-in-law Maureen; his grandchildren, Emma Moten, Laurel Carr, Samuel Carr and Lorelei Carr; and his former wife Gaye Greene.
