He is survived by : his wife Joyce Black; his children, Allan Cotter, Jeff Cotter and Carina Beaver; his stepdaughters, Sue Gilbert and June Fraley; his brother Paul Cotter; his grandchildren, Adam, Heather and Brandon; and his great grandchildren, Chandler, Kiersten, Trent, Tristen, Halle and Kinsley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
