He is survived by: his children, Kelly Rezac Crisco and James'Jimmy'Tyre Rezac (Maria); his sister Lynn Smith (Daniel); his grandchildren, Nicholas Crisco, Hunter Crisco, Kristina Mohammed (Randy), Sammy Rezac, James Edward Rezac and John Paul Rezac; and his great grandchild Adelynn Mohammed. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
