He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Waters and Larry Waters; and his brother Joe Waters. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Waters; his sister Robin Roberts (Darryl Roberts); and his daughters, Donna Bolin (Junior Bolin), Jessica Noce (Angelo Noce), Hailie Waters (Timothy Hopkins) and Brooklyn Waters (Matthew Belschner). He is also survived by grandchildren, And 3 great grandchildren.
