He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Cornell Westbrook and Alma Johnson Westbrook; and his sister Judy Tessner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Faye" Bess Westbrook; his daughters, Courtney Westbrook Kaylor (Sam) and Brittney Westbrook Bingham; his grandchildren, Charles Samuel Kaylor, Jr., Madison Grace Kaylor, Payton Alexis Capps, Luke Brannon Capps, Kaylee Addison Bingham, Kolton Avery Bingham and Carson Jade Woodhull; his great grandchildren, Andrew Boone Dellinger and Hudson Dean Dellinger; his sisters, Joann Westbrook Huss and Nancy Branham; and his nieces and nephews, Teresa Winter (Phil), Sandra Parnelle (Tom), Eddie Huss and David Bess (Caralyn).
