He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. Webb and Adelle Cudd Webb (Penny Webb); and his siblings, Roger Webb, Steve Webb, Robert Webb, Linda Webb, Shirley Hodge and Frieda Webb.
He is survived by: his son Timothy Loftis; and his grandchildren, Madison Loftis, Katrina Loftis and Chloe Loftis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
