He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde E. Dugan and Verda Ervin Dugan; his son John E. Dugan Jr.; and his siblings, Peggy D. Davis, Clara D. Rogers, Lucille Duncan, James Dugan and L. C. Dugan.
He is survived by: his wife Maude Christine Dugan; his children, Pat Kane (Crystal), Kathy Ramsey and Sheila Clark (Keenan); his sisters, Mary Roberts (Dale), Anne McClain (Larry), Jan Jackson (Connie) and Clyda Robertson; and his siblings-in-law, Nelda Malinowski and Bill Barnhill (Patsy). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
