She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Oliver Leake and Edith Shelton Leake; her husband Theodore "Ted" Horne; and her brother Charles Ray Leake. She is survived by: her son Zack Konrad Horne; her daughter-in-law Angie Ottinger Horne; her granddaughter Avery Horne; her sister Molly L. Beinhorn (John); and her half-sister Cindy Leake Sprinkle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
