He was predeceased by: his parents, Junia Davis and Sadie Austin Davis. He is survived by: his wife Malinda; his sons, Jeffrey (Tammy), Michael Davis of Gastonia and Meredith Davis (Kellie) of Georgia; and his sister Jean Davis of Huntington. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
