He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Culpepper Harvey (Neill McNair), Kenneth "Chip" Harvey, Jr., Matthew Harvey (Katy) and Laurel Smith (Gary); and his grandchildren, Wells Harvey, Caroline Harvey, Ollie Smith, Hazel Smith, Baker McNair and Sanderson Culpepper McNair.
