He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Franklin Locke and Bertha Evans Locke; and his brothers, Gene Locke and Carroll Locke. He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Locke of Gastonia, NC and Cindy Kase (Dave) of Belmont, NC; his grandchildren, Lauren Hinkle and Brittany Hill (Jonathan); and his great grandchildren, S. J., Owen Hinkle and Ezra Hill. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Southminster Church or to the Alzheimer's Association.
