She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Carson and Marie Carson; her husband Bruce Carrol McMahan; her daughter Sonia Lynn Brazzell; and her brother Jim Carson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tracie Guffie (Dean) and Cheryl Mills; and her siblings, Margaret Whitener, Phyllis Horton and Frank Carson Jr.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
