She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Hollingsworth and Edith Goodson; and her sisters, Darlene Addis and Velma Miller. She is survived by: her siblings, Lloyd Hollingsworth Jr. (Debbie) and Teresa Murphy (Scotty); and her nieces and nephews, Lynda Addis Hammett (Shane), Michael Addis (Jennifer), Joey Addis (Melanie) and Amy Addis Brown (Aaron). She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews.
