He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Mark Queen (Elizabeth Morgan) of Huntersville, NC, Joshua Alan Queen (Jordan Glenn Queen) of Oak Island, NC and Brooke Nicole Queen of Gastonia, NC; his brother Timothy Lee Queen; his sister-in-law Janice of Dallas, NC; his grandchildren, Jax Austin Queen and Asher Gray Queen; the mother of his children Carol Edmonds Queen of Gastonia, NC; and his nephews, Chad and Todd Queen.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM at the Founders Chapel of McLean Funeral Directors (700 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054). Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 5:45 PM to 7:00 PM at the McLean Funeral Directors of Gastonia (700 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054).
