He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Meeker; his sons, Richard Meeker III (Jasmine) and Steven Rush Meeker (Heather); his grandchildren, Kernan Smith and Odin Meeker; his siblings, Ric Glenn, Teresa Ramsey, Kim Fisher, Scott Meeker and Rebecca Meeker; his stepmothers, Norma Carroll and Judy Meeker; his close friends, Chad Pinyan, Ella Rowyn Pinyan, Andy Childs and Lisa Moss; and his friend Rick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
