She was loved and cherished by many people including: her former husband Ray Henderson; her children, David (Sandi Ferguson) and Debbie (Pete Brake); her husband Marshall Turner; and her son Marshall Lee.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the McLean Funeral Directors of Gastonia (700 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054). A burial was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gaston Memorial Park (1200 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be given in Nell's honor to Gaston County's Crisis Assistance Ministry, 805 W. Airline Avenue, Gastonia, NC 28052 or to Carolina Caring Hospice 2240 Remount Road, Gastonia, N.C. 28054.
