She was predeceased by: her husband George Hample Jr.; her mother Pearl Crawley; and her siblings, Arnold Crawley, Wayne Crawley and Shirley Walker.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Dave Hample. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
