He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Miller Howard, Sr. and Agnes Isenhour Howard; and his wife Karla. He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Howard Pearce of Petaluma, CA, Molly Howard Frederick and Roberta Howard Gulledge (Robbie) of Austin, TX; and his niece Mary Rachel Pearce of Petaluma, CA.
